Design, manufacturing and supply of cards for the management pasteurization cycle, creaming and creams with hot and cold indication of all phases and settings of the machine through color graphic display 7" 800x480 pixel, choosing the temperature value to be reached and Timing pause at the target value, the next control refrigeration of the product until the storage temperature.
